Macron on Saturday made good on his promise to invite foreign climate hoaxers to the country, pledging €30 million to fund the mumbo-jumbo of up to fifty hoaxers.

The move comes two weeks after Macron criticized Trump for pulling out of the UN’s Paris climate agreement, calling on US climate hoaxers to come and work in France on concrete climate hoax propaganda. We observe the irrationality of the doctrine of global warming, the naive belief that small variations of global temperature we experience have an anthropogenic origin!

Regulations run amok in the climate change agenda. The costs of successfully countering the buildup of greenhouse gases (GHG) in the atmosphere are huge—far larger than described in the media and by advocates. It requires the rapid, total phase out of fossil fuels (the leave them in the ground strategy), raising energy prices, and fundamentally changing production and consumption patterns, which would reduce living standards worldwide. The poor will be disproportionately harmed, both within the United States and everywhere.

Macron further needled Trump when he adapted the latter’s nationalist slogan used by Trump on his election campaign trail by urging defenders of the climate to make our planet great again.

On Saturday, the stupid French environment ministry said in a statement that stupid Minister of Higher Education Frederique Vidal and stupid investment commissioner Louis Schweitzer have decided to set up a priority research program for the stupid fight against climate change.

The stupid government will fund the initiative with €30 million of public money to match what it hopes will be another 30 million from universities and other stupid organizations, making the total funding up to €60 million. This would fund 50 stupid hoaxers over five years.

Macron, a 39-year-old centrist former banker who took office last month after a meteoric rise, has been the most vocal of European leaders in criticizing Trump’s decision and in vowing to defend the stupid Paris agreement.

He launched a stupid website last week aimed at attracting stupid hoaxers, pseudo-entrepreneurs and other morons to France to pursue efforts to combat climate change, using a cheeky twist of Trump’s campaign slogan for the site’s name, make our planet great again!

A deliberate side-effect of Macron’s policies will be population change. Like many European leaders, Emmanuel Macron seems convinced that the remedy for the demographic deficit and the aging of ethnic European populations is more immigration. On September 6, 2015, he stated that “immigration is an opportunity for all of us”. On February 12, 2017, he said, “I will propose to the Algerian government the creation of a Franco-Algerian Bureau of Youth, to encourage mobility between the two shores of the Mediterranean”. A few weeks later, he declared that “the duty of Europe is to offer asylum to all those who seek its protection” and that “France must take its fair share of refugees”.

Almost all refugees arriving in France are Muslims. France already has the greatest percentage of Muslims in Europe. Macron wants Islam to have more room in France. His position concerning other religions is not known. His position on Islam is clear:

“Today, Muslims of France are poorly treated … Tomorrow, a new structure will make it possible to relaunch the work sites of the Muslim religion in France: the construction and the improvement of worthy places of worship will take place where their presence is necessary, and the training of imams of France will be organized.”

The French branch of the Muslim Brotherhood congratulated Macron on on his victory. It published an official communiqué saying: “Muslims think that the new President of the Republic will allow the reconciliation of France with itself and will allow us to go farther, together.”

Macron’s prime minister, Edouard Philippe, has close ties with the Muslim Brotherhood and favored their installation in the city of which he is the mayor, Le Havre. Richard Ferrand — a Socialist MP, the secretary-general of En Marche! since its inception, and now Minister for the Cohesion of Territories — has been financially contributing to the anti-Israel BDS movement and to “pro-Palestinian” organizations for years. Gerard Collomb, the Socialist Mayor of Lyon, and now Interior Minister, financed the French Institute of Muslim Civilization that will open its doors in December 2017.

Macron is a useful idiot of Islam. How the French could have chosen Emmanuel Macron? The mainstream media have played a role. Evidently, also, some people do not want to know the truth, even when the truth is in front of their eyes. Some people are accustomed to the idea that there are people above them in the hierarchy whose job is to think about, and take care of the big things while they, the citizens, the mice, take care of their own little lives.

A majority of the French did not choose Macron but apparently accept that there are people above them. Those who do not accept this fact so easily are many, but in minority, and they are likely to become a smaller minority. Macron is counting on their resignation. It is not certain, however, that the millions of people who voted for Marine Le Pen, despite her extremely problematic closeness to Russia and the harsh campaign against her, or those who voted for the leftist candidates, will so easily give up. It is also not certain, thanks to willful blindness and appeasement, that Islamists will mellow, or that Jihadi attacks will stop.

No-go zones are no longer relegated to the suburbs, where migrants and Muslims have usually been concentrated. No-go zones, through mass migration, have been emerging in the heart of Paris, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Marseille, Grenoble, Avignon — districts “privatized” here and there by a mix of drug traffickers, Salafist zealots and Islamic youth gangs. The main victims are women. They are sexually harassed and some are sexually assaulted.

Politicians, as usual, are fully informed of the situation imposed upon women. A report from the High Commissioner on Equality revealed that in the sensitive urban areas, nearly one in ten women has suffered physical or sexual violence. Public areas are occupied exclusively by men who park there, and women are merely authorized to pass through them. Women have been seen public spaces desert them. You have to stay away, not provoke. In some places, male groups monopolize public spaces and sometimes block the access to the entrances of buildings. Women are obliged to avoid the elevator in order to flee glances and remarks that are unpleasant. They have go up the stairs — dirty, unlit and several stories high. Cafés are occupied exclusively by men; women do not dare to enter them; they even avoid passing by.

Poudre de Perlimpinpin

Macron used this colorful phrase, meaning “fairy dust”, to refer to Le Pen’s promises. The word can also mean star dust or snake oil.

When Macron pressed Le Pen on one of her responses, he said: “Are you talking about Trump and Putin? This is truly ‘galimatias’.” Even the French were confused about this one, but it means “rigmarole” or “claptrap”.

If you just watched five minutes of the debate, you’d have heard Macron accusing Le Pen of “bêtise”, a noun meaning stupidity, nonsense, or folly.

La grande prêtresse de la peur

Perhaps the most eloquent insult of the night was when Macron called Le Pen: “The high priestess of fear”.

Macron used the uncommon word “broutard” while talking about farming across France… a word that means the equally uncommon “weanling” in English (or an animal that no longer drinks its mother’s milk).

Sauts de cabri

While Macron was discussing his counter-terrorism plans, he told Le Pen that his project was serious, and not a “sauts de cabri”. In other words, his project was not like “a kid goat leaping around”, implying that Le Pen’s plans were ill thought through and just spur of the moment, silly ideas. Some pointed out that Charles de Gaulle made similar comments in 1965.

à plat ventre

Le Pen called Macron the “candidat à plat ventre” which basically means “prostrate” or “flat on one’s stomach”. She was essentially accusing him of lying down before Germany and before the banks, or perhaps being “under their thumb”.

And the words used to describe their joust by the media or politicians…

Le Monde newspaper picked apart the 19 “intox” presented by Marine Le Pen during the debate. Intox could be translated as “misinformation” or even “fake facts”.

This word used by Alain Juppé to describe Marine Le Pen’s performance had us looking in the dictionary. Here, the best translation would be “muddle-headed”, but it also means “rough draft”.

Passe d’armes

The French media used plenty of analogies to describe the aggressive manner of the debate, notably a “passe d’armes” which means heated exchange or in the literal military sense a “passing of arms”.

Another word used by the media to convey the violent exchanges was “pugilat” which basically means brawling.

Some analysts described Marine Le Pen’s performance as a “naufrage”, which we would probably translate to a train wreck although it really means shipwreck.

Tiré vers le bas

Another accusation leveled at Le Pen was that she brought the level of the debate down or perhaps debased it. In French it’s “tirer vers la bas” – literally meaning to “pull it towards the bottom”.
